When you purchase our self-study materials, you will qualify for a full refund of all fees paid to CPA‑Now if you write IQEX and fail.
To obtain this refund, you need only submit by mail or fax a copy of the notification from NASBA that you were unsuccessful. Mr. Zimmer would appreciate a short explanation of the reasons why you think you did not receive a passing grade, but this is not required.
In addition to this refund, upon request, you may receive free updates to our notes to help you prepare if you decide to repeat IQEX in the following year.
The answer is really very simple! First, by obtaining a Canadian CA, you have already demonstrated abilities far beyond what we believe are required to master the IQEX materials. Secondly, the cost of taking the examination itself ($845 U.S. payable to NASBA) is not refundable.
We have confidence that you will do everything you can to protect your investment in both time and money!
Finally, we expect an overall pass rate in excess of 95% and we believe our risk is minimal.
If circumstances arise forcing you to cancel your registration, you may do so within 21 days after CPA-Now has shipped your materials. You will receive a full refund once the materials have been returned to us, provided that the shrink-wrap packaging containing your course notes is unopened. As an alternative, you may contact CPA-NOW and inform us that you will not be taking IQEX in the current year. We will arrange to provide you with any updates to our notes for the following year at no charge.
